Terms & Conditions for Editable Canva Templates

By purchasing and/or downloading any editable Canva template from Mystic Moon Digitals, you agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Use Only – These templates are provided for your personal or business branding use. You may edit, customize, and use them for your own projects.

2. No Resale or Redistribution – You may not resell, share, copy, give away, or redistribute the templates in their editable form under any circumstances. This includes uploading or sharing links to Canva files.

3. End Products Are Allowed – You may use the customized, finished versions of your templates (such as social media graphics, business cards, flyers, etc.) for your own personal or business purposes.

4. Copyright Ownership – All template designs remain the intellectual property of Mystic Moon Digitals. Purchasing a template does not transfer copyright or grant you ownership of the design.

5. Non-Exclusive – These templates are sold non-exclusively, meaning other customers may purchase and use the same designs.

6. No Claiming as Your Own – You may not claim the original template design as your own, even after customization.

7. Refund Policy – Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access, removal of licensing, and/or legal action if necessary.
