By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any products from Savage Soul Digitals, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products – All Sales Final

All products sold by Savage Soul Digitals are digital downloads.
Due to the nature of digital files:

• NO refunds

• NO returns

• NO exchanges

• NO cancellations

Once files are delivered or access is granted, the sale is final.

2. License & Usage Rights

All designs, files, graphics, clipart, PNGs, templates, and related content are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of Savage Soul Digitals.

You MAY:

• Use designs for personal use

• Use designs for small business commercial use to create physical end products (shirts, cups, stickers, etc.)

• Sell finished physical items using the designs

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, trade, or redistribute files in any digital form

• Claim the designs as your own

• Include files in bundles, drives, or freebies

• Upload files to print-on-demand sites (unless explicitly stated)

• Alter designs and resell them as new digital products

3. Drives & Membership Products

For monthly, yearly, or engagement drives:

• Content is added at the seller’s discretion

• Access is for the original purchaser only

• Sharing drive access or files is strictly prohibited

• Prices may increase at any time — early buyers lock in early pricing

Drive contents vary and are not guaranteed to include specific themes or quantities.

4. Accountability & File Management

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

• Download and save files promptly

• Maintain personal backups

Savage Soul Digitals is not responsible for lost files once download access expires.

5. No Physical Items

All products are DIGITAL ONLY.
No physical items will be shipped.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

All artwork, branding, designs, and content are protected under copyright law.

Unauthorized use, redistribution, or theft will result in action, including:

• Permanent bans

• Revoked access

• Legal action if necessary

Yes — we protect our work. Respect it.

7. Business Conduct

Harassment, chargeback abuse, file sharing, or disrespect toward Savage Soul Digitals or its community may result in:

• Immediate removal from groups

• Revoked access to products and drives

• No refunds under any circumstances

8. Terms Updates

Savage Soul Digitals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
